FIU introduces new programs to remain at the forefront of an ever-evolving educational landscape. By offering new degrees, certificates, and other educational options, FIU can realize its potential for innovation and meet the evolving needs of its students and the broader community.

At the onset of the planning process for a new academic degree program, please review the below process flow chart, information on the required pre-proposal and feasibility study as well as the program proposal. Board of Governors regulation requires that all new program proposals be submitted in the standard format under 3):
