The Department Chairperson Leadership Toolkit was designed to provide department chairs and other academic leaders two much-needed resources: a navigable dashboard of links, manuals and guides; and a user-friendly timeline that gives guidance about important policies and procedures. The dashboard is represented by the six blue boxes below—each is clickable and contains multiple resources and links that align with the category. The timeline may provide hyper-links; it serves as a useful tool to visualize the chair’s potential tasks, month-by-month.
