CONFLICT IN THE CLASSROOM presents a living case study that explores the complex dynamics of a statistics course, offering insights into how classroom climate can be shaped by tension, perception, and communication. Throughout the session, participants will examine how an educator’s personal values and decision-making impact the classroom atmosphere, fostering opportunities for positive change. Attendees will reflect on their own principles and aspirations in navigating classroom tensions and will leave with a toolkit of strategies and communication techniques to foster a more inclusive and constructive learning environment for both educators and students.
